About the Practice
Mersch Chiropractic Care offers a wide range of high level therapeutic services including chiropractic, active release technique, cupping, dry needling, and functional rehabilitation exercises to help get patients out of pain and back to the things they enjoy. Our expectation is that patients take an active role in their care by participating in a uniquely designed home care rehab program so that maximum recovery can be achieved. Throughout treatment patients will be educated on how to prevent future episodes of pain.

Our office is located on the Wilmington College campus in the Center for Sports Sciences building. This unique location houses the Mersch Chiropractic Care office along with Drayer Physical Therapy, Beacon Orthopaedics, and Clinton Memorial Hospital Imaging allowing for a truly medically integrated setting. This allows for quick referrals and co-management of care if needed. Dr. Mersch is the chiropractor for Wilmington College Athletics, Wittenberg University Athletics, and has spent 4 years serving as chiropractor to the Cincinnati Reds. Our office specializes in the treatment and performance of athletes but have a large clientele consisting of general population patients as well. Our goal is to always treat the patient with the highest level of care.
DR. ERIC MERSCH
Resides in Monroe, Ohio with his wife, Christy, and their daughters, Micah, Aubrey, and Taylor. He graduated from Lakota East High School where he was a three-sport athlete in soccer, wrestling, and track. He went on to graduate from Ohio University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences. From there, Dr. Mersch attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011. He has since received his certification in Active Release Technique. His passion for sports and treating athletes has enabled him to work as chiropractic physician for the Cincinnati Reds, Wilmington College, Wittenberg University, Wilmington High School, Clinton Massie High School, and Crossfit Ironside. He takes pride in providing the best chiropractic care possible for his patients so that not only can they get out of pain, but they can stay out of pain. Dr. Mersch enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and playing sports.
